| Geez I haven't posted in a while. How can we tell? Because my last entry was about being cast in a play, and I just finished the first weekend of shows. The past month and a half have been crazy. Between work, the play, and trying to plan a wedding, I never know whether I'm coming or going. Yeesh. | | |
| I am a mother. Sort of. The high school is doing this summer production of Into The Woods, and I am cast as Jack's Mother. Becky is also in it, she is Snow White/Chorus. It should be pretty fun. Dates are July 23, 24, 25, 29, 30, 31 if anyone wants to make the trek out here to see it. All shows withthe exception of the 25th start at 7:30 p.m. The performance on the 25th starts at 6:00 p.m. | | |
| Well, my hands and joints are swollen, I'm collecting bruises like they're prizes, and I ache all over. Yay for factory work! I've been sorting books for a week now, and it hasn't killed me yet, so I think I just might stick with it. Not that I really have a choice, but still.
Wedding plans are finally coming along (heck, just the fact that we have plans is progress). We have a date (Sept. 18th), an officiant (Pastor Joe Bozic), and a location (Devin's parents' house - I think). We're having a pig-roast barbecue reception, and I am SO excited that things are finally coming along.
I think Devin and I may have found a new church, too. Oddly enough, it's the same church where I was dedicated 22 years ago - Wonder Lake Bible Church. This last week was really the first time I had been in there since the big split in the church (I was about 8 when that happened - 8 or 9). The music is okay, and the pastor's message was very good. Devin and I are going back this week. yayness. | | |
| I got a job!!!!!! Its not the one I interviewed for a week ago, but with the same company. I will be working as a sortation clerk, and I start May 24th. Thank you God!!!! | | |
